DISTILLERY OF BIERCEE

Unique in Belgium! Come and discover the secrets of distillation: how 10 kg of fresh fruit are transformed into one bottle of eau-de-vie or liqueur, and how for example Eau de Villée and the P'titPeket are brewed.
Programme: Distillers room: collection of ancient stills, tools and old books, slide show with sound, space for sampling and smelling (smell, touch, look, recognize), the distillery of Biercée: guided visit of this still active distillery, sampling in the Grange des Belges. Everything in the splendid Ferme de la Cour.

Individual visits or in groups. Groups as from 20 persons all year round by reservation.

Private parking. Terrace in the summer. Animals are not allowed in the distillery.

A few years ago, the Distillerie de Biercée, well known for its Eau de Villée, planted grapevines ("Régent" plant) on 10 are, which produce the wine "Clos des Zouaves" with reference to the folklore in la Thudinie. Each year, during the harvest time, the Zouaves harvest, completely dressed in red, the grapes in a marvelous atmosphere.
